Available in single sheets or value packes made in our custom built HACCP controlled registered premises, from the very best of ingrediants harvested in the main from our carefully managed bees. A great alternative to plastic, can be used to cover bowls best on ceramics, plates, platters.
Use as per plastic you do have to be aware of normal food hygiene avoid using wraps on strong flavoured food then using on more subtle flavours for example if a blue cheese fan use a wrap for blue cheese, don't then use on a chedder. Avoid crossing dairy to meat, raw meat to cooked meat if used with poultry keep one for poultry same for fish.
